Your Innkeepers

sue and johnOak Street Station was Sue and John’s first B&B experience, when,  in 1986, they visited Ashland for the first time.  The idea of innkeeping was attractive to them, since they had often enjoyed hosting parties and family meals.  They were able to purchase the B&B in 1994, and have immersed themselves in innkeeping ever since.  The business stays fresh for the Blaizes due to the vitality of the guests.

The inn is fortunimg_5791ate to have Elin Babcock as an assistant; you will get to know her while you’re here.  Elin is an artist at neighboring Ashland Art Works, and she’s responsible for the creative tablescapes you’ll enjoy at breakfast.  She leads small tours to Europe and Morocco, so you can talk to her about travel, too.
